What is covered by Freight Protection? Any loss or damage to your order that occurs during transportation.
Is late delivery covered by Freight Protection? Delivery after the estimated delivery date is not covered by Freight Protection. Delivery timeframes are estimated by AusPost and based on the Express Post network guidelines.
Multiple delivery locations for a single order attract a $5 freight protection fee per additional location.

Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a handling fee to small orders to ensure we can deliver exceptional customer service and the highest product quality every time. The price of any identical product offered by an Australian competitor, whether it is their regular price or part of a promotional offer. Any additional fees charged by our competitors, such as engraving fees, setup charges, and extras that we include in our pricing.
What's excluded from our Instant Price Match guarantee?
Shipping and handling costs are excluded. However, our $9.90 flat-rate Express shipping stands as the most affordable and quickest option available in Australia. No further discounts can be applied in addition to the Instant Price Match. Price matching is only applicable at the time of placing your online order and cannot be applied retrospectively.
