The website was easy to navigate. It was great having the specifications, measurements, and pricing for each trophy. I particularly liked the engraving service offered by Awards and Trophies, which was built into the price, so there was no 'surprise' additional costs to worry about. The shipping details were also fully explained, including the date of delivery. I could track my order, as it was being delivered, which was another great aspect of working wit this company. I received my trophy on time and to the full specifications as were outlined on the website. I was very happy with the service and the quality of product delivered to me.
Excellent website, excellent service! Responsive staff. I got a bit anxious when my event was on Saturday and I was assured my trophy would be there by Friday (Express Post) from Brisbane. Rang up on Mon or Tues about this and the trophy arrived in Sydney on Wednesday! I had an engraved plaque I wanted added and the website was really easy and clear for choosing wording, fonts and so on. I am very impressed with this company!
